Here to Help COMMISSIONED SERVICES

Practical. Simple. Well done.

Advice and development for smaller organisations working on social and human causes. Together, we identify the technical support that will move your initiative forward.

AI-generated scene: four people listening to each other during a shared ideas workshop.Connecting people and expertise.

From an idea to a useful solution.

Rapid prototyping, AI consulting, architecture and concept reviews: we help test ideas and identify useful next steps. We also support development, feasibility assessments, optimisation and security testing.

01

Rapid prototyping

Make an idea tangible quickly and try it with limited effort.

An early prototype makes workflows and possibilities visible. Feedback helps test assumptions before a larger implementation begins.

02

AI consulting

Identify where AI can make a useful contribution to your initiative.

We discuss suitable use cases, available data and organisational prerequisites. Together, we assess value, effort and limitations and outline a practical starting point.

03

Architecture review

Examine technical structures and identify informed next steps.

We review the structure, interfaces and dependencies of a planned or existing solution. Maintainability, extensibility and security inform concrete, prioritised improvement proposals.

Concept review

Challenge assumptions and refine a concept before implementation.

We examine goals, audiences, assumptions and planned workflows. This reveals open questions, inconsistencies and unnecessary complexity, providing a basis for a clear, implementable concept.

We agree on goals, scope and constraints together. An assignment can involve advice, development or both. Security tests follow an agreed scope and require authorisation from the responsible organisation.

FOR EARLY-STAGE ORGANISATIONS WITH SMALL BUDGETS

Your needs. Your budget. The greatest practical value.

We start with the available budget and find an approach together that makes a useful difference to your organisation.

  1. 01

    Understand the need

We listen and try to understand what your organisation wants to achieve and the idea behind it.

  2. 02

    Discuss the budget

We talk openly about the available budget, including funding and voluntary contributions already factored in.

  3. 03

    Find the greatest value

We look for the most useful solution within that budget. Together, we prioritise needs and agree on a suitable scope.

  4. 04
    Optional

    Draw on our network

If further support would help and has not already been included in the budget, we can approach our network for additional funding or voluntary contributions.

Additional funding and voluntary contributions are options we explore together. Support already included in the budget is not counted twice.

Questions about working together.

Who is the technical support intended for?

Here to Help focuses especially on smaller organisations and initiatives with social and human aims that lack their own development resources. We connect their needs with suitable expertise and explore what support would be useful.

How does a project with a small budget begin?

We first understand the need and the idea. Then we discuss the available budget and look for the most useful solution within it. We can optionally explore additional funding or voluntary contributions together; neither is promised.

How are scope and payment agreed?

Goals, scope and constraints are discussed together. For paid project work, services and payment are agreed in writing before work starts, and funding is clarified. Security testing also requires documented authorisation and a defined scope.

Can I contribute to your own projects?

Yes, our own projects welcome consulting and development contributions. Design, specialist knowledge and everyday experience can also help. Voluntary contributions are explicitly agreed and are not a membership obligation. Each project page explains its current status and open questions.
